The Tea Blend Studio is a botanical tea blending business operated from Miami, Florida, USA. We sell personalised tea blends and tea accessories to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and internationally.

What data we collect

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and communicate with you:

We do not collect payment card details directly. When payment processing is introduced, it will be handled by a PCI-compliant third-party processor (such as Stripe), and card details will never touch our servers.

Email marketing

We will only send you marketing emails if you explicitly opt in. Opt-in is never pre-checked and is always separate from placing an order.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending marketing emails within 10 days. Unsubscribing does not affect transactional emails related to orders you have placed.

Who we share your data with

We share your data only with the service providers necessary to fulfil your order:

• Migadu (email delivery) — processes order confirmation and fulfilment emails
• Shipping carriers — receive your name and delivery address to ship your order

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

How we store and protect your data

Order data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL). Email is sent via Migadu's encrypted SMTP servers. We retain order records for as long as necessary to fulfil our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted.

Blend preferences and saved recipes are stored in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to our servers.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required for the site to function (such as session management). We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

If we introduce non-essential cookies or third-party analytics in the future, we will update this policy and present a cookie consent banner before any such cookies are set.

Your rights

Regardless of where you are located, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
• Withdraw consent — withdraw marketing consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format (UK/EU residents)
