2. These Terms

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing. If you are based in the UK or EU, you also benefit from statutory consumer rights that these terms cannot reduce or override.

3. Our Products

We sell botanical tea blends made from dried culinary-grade herbs and botanicals. Our products are foods — not medicines — and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Full ingredient lists and allergen information are displayed on every product page and must be read before purchasing. If you have a known allergy, sensitivity, or medical condition, please consult a healthcare provider before use.

4. Orders & Payment

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is unavailable or we cannot verify payment. Payment is taken at the time of order. We use secure payment processing and do not store your card details.

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country — these are not included in our prices.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States. Standard processing time is 1–2 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination and we will provide tracking information where available.

We handle international orders on a case-by-case basis and will confirm shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and any import considerations before processing your payment.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

Standard blends — UK & EU customers

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason — the 'cooling-off period' — under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Returned goods must be unopened, in their original sealed condition, and returned within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or mislabelled. We will issue a full refund, including original standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Opened or unsealed food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

Custom blends — made to your specification

Custom blends are made specifically to your individual specification. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Schedule 3) and EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)), goods made to a consumer's specification are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off right. This does not affect your right to a refund or replacement for faulty or mislabelled goods.

US customers

We offer returns on unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery as a courtesy. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange a return.

Faulty or mislabelled goods — all customers

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Allergens & Food Safety

Our blends are produced in a facility that handles multiple botanical ingredients. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee complete separation of all allergens. Full allergen information is provided on each product page. It is your responsibility to check ingredients before consuming our products, particularly if you have a known allergy or sensitivity.

8. Health Disclaimer

Our products are foods, not medicines. Information on this site about botanical traditions and properties is provided for general interest only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before using our products if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, blend recipes, images, and design — is the property of The Tea Blend Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tea Blend Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website. Our liability to you will not exceed the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Your Statutory Rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. UK customers are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. EU customers are protected by the Consumer Rights Directive and applicable national law. Your statutory rights are in addition to, and not reduced by, anything in these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence that cannot be waived by a choice of law clause.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
